Solution
Get the i7 3770 on a board that can overclock. It seems like most people don't know you can overclock the 2nd and 3rd gen locked CPUs 4-bins over it max turbo bin. I currents have a 3770 and you can turn multipler to 43, but it will only be 41 (4.1GHz) during load. You can probably squeeze a little bit more by BLCK overclocking. I can get 105 from my CPU. 4.3GHz on all cores and 4.5 on light threaded workloads.
