Every time I boot my PC I get the message that my PC was shut off by Asus Anti-Surge last time I used it. When my PC is in use it never shuts off, however when I push the power button my fans do spin up and stop, before starting a second time and staying on. This has started since I got my new PSU and before this I never had this problem at startup, however I did have it while my PC was in use, with my PC shutting off whenever my GPU was under stress, before my PSU finally died.
My specs are as follows -
CPU: Intel i3 4130
CPU Cooler: Intel stock cooler
Motherboard: Asus H81M-E
GPU: Asus Direct CU II GTX 780 Overclocked
RAM: 4GB Corsair DDR3 1600Mhz, 8GB Mushkin DDR3 1600Mhz
Storage: 2TB 3.5 Inch HDD 7200rpm, 256GB SSD (Can't remember brands of my storage)
PSU: Corsair RM750x

Solution
Have you tried clearing the CMOS? If not solving the issue, check in BIOS, I think that there's an option to disable the anti-surge.
