Hey, I have 16GB ram in my PC, but it says only 7.98 GB usable.
How can I solve this issue?

Solution
Bent CPU Pins.

Common problem with the FX processors we see it here all the time. Remove your CPU and check all the pins along the outside, if some are bent that manifests itself as this issue.

According to the specs -- https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A78LMUSB3/specifications/ That motherboard supports a max of 32GB RAM using 4 slots. That is 8GB per slot. You have a 16GB DIMM in a slot and the motherboard can only access 1/2 of it.

Sorry, I misinterpreted the CPU-Z display. I thought it was on SPD tab and showing a single DIMM.

I also was confused since CPU-Z shows single channel mode. That is VERY odd with 4 DIMMs. That also led me to think you had a single 16GB DIMM.

I would have read the same way, BTW. Something seems odd here.
