I've recently brought a new CPU cooler and fitted it today. All went well but when I put everything back in (psu, gpu etc) and turned it on, the computer would boot and the fans start up but the graphics card remains off (it needs two 6 pin pci-e plugs, which are both plugged in and I've triple checked that they are in properly. The graphics card is getting power though because the LED's light up. As for the new cpu cooler, that seems to be working just fine.

So then I decided to take out the graphics card and replace it with my old one that doesn't require any pci-e plugs, so see if that would work. Booted everything up, same thing happens, zero anything coming out of either of the graphics cards...
