Pc crashing with any graphics driver

My pc / windows will crash an give me a black screen. This happens with any drivers other than the safe mode default.

The initial crash happens whilst playing GTA v, after that it failed to boot normally.

Specs:
AMD fx6300
GTX 780ti
750w psu
Sea gate hdd 1tb
Crucial 240 gb ssd

Is your machine pretty clean? No malware, viruses? No junk starting with Win and hogging resources in the background? How is the Registry, full of errors? Software conflicts? Try running CCleaner and do the Clean and Registry portions both. https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
Re-boot and follow up with a Malwarebytes run. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
Might as well update your virus signatures and do a full scan too.
If you've cleaned up all that stuff and it still exists, you may have to look at it being a hardware issue...
