Hi.

cpu: i5 6400
gpu: gtx 1070

i've recently bought Acer predator g3-710. and right after i recived it i noticed that there is no rear fan. but there is holes so i can mount one. and as for the front and the side there are no fans either. but there are small air holes to the side of the case.

the pc temperature is like 85 for gpu and 50-60 cpu while i play games. and 45 gpu 30 cpu idle.
i've been told that it's normal temp. but im worried about the future because i've also been told that these temps will rais higher with time. so i have been searching for air cooling possibilities,
and i find myself stuck between 3 choices and can't decide which is better for my case. so i realy need an advise.

1. mount rear fan only.
but will that not interfere with the air that being sucked from the stock cpu cooler? because there will not be that much space between the 2 fans.

2. mount rear fan and aftermarket cooler like Noctua NH-U9S.
will this provide less cooling as there are no air holes in the front of the pc but only in the side. because the cpu fan will have to exhaust air from the front direction so that the case fan can better push hot air out.

3. mount rear fan and after market cooler like Noctua NH-C14S.
will this be the best possible way to cool the pc and the case, as the cpu fan will be directly on the side of the case and almost sitting on the air holes sucking air from the outside while the rear fan pushing hot air out.

please take a look at the acer predator g3-710 case and help me to chose.

sorry for my bad english.

Solution
Ideally you want one case fan on the back upper section of your case exhausting air out the back of the case and one fan in the front bottom blowing air into the case. If you can not put one in the front then put one in the side or on the bottom towards the front.

You do not need an after market CPU Cooler for your CPU. The temperatures you gave are in fact just fine, and you're temps won't go much higher for the foreseeable future. It will take 18-24 months before its noticeable at which point you can replace the thermal paste on the CPU heat sink/CPU and start the process over again.
