Overclocking my CPU, is my 600W PSU enough?

Hi everyone

I am new to overclocking and I want to overclock my I5-3570K to possibly 4.2ghz, hopefully without frying my System in the process.

I am concerned about my PSU though; it is a 600W, is of a Chinese brand
and is the PSU that was shipped with my PC, but that's all I know.

You can see my specs here: http://outervision.com/b/LwCRpV

According to this, my PSU provides almost twice the amount of Power that I need, but I am still worried as I have read that you should never overclock without a good enough PSU.

Cheers and happy new year

Thanks for your answer, though that's a real bummer. I have considered overclocking quite a few times and was excited about finally trying it out today, but then had second thoughts regarding my PSU. Oh well, I guess safety comes first.

Will that Power Supply you listed be enough, considering the one I have (regardless of the quality) have more watt? Was going to ask about which PSU I should get instead, so thanks for looking one up:)
