What is the best Cherry MX switch for gaming and typing?

Hello,

I wanted to know what is the best Cherry MX switch for typing, programming, and gaming? I have a keyboard with the reds in it and I don't like them as they are way, way too easy to push down. I appreciate any recommendations!
