My GTX 1060 is getting me 40-60 FPS on low-medium settings in BF1, What could be the problem? Its temperature is 40-55 C max and the v sync is off, the PC specs are:

GTX 1060 G1 Gaming 6gb
H61-S2P
i5-3450 @3.10GHz
Coolermaster B600 ver2
4 X 2 DDR3 1333 MHz
BENQ GL2460 1080p

Solution
i use an i7 6700, i see the CPU usage around 70-80% on all cores most of the time and even 90+ on some maps, and RAM usage above 10GB... you need to lower your settings or get a better CPU + another 8GB of ram, id suggest getting a used i7 3770 rather then getting a 6600K if you wanna save some cash

Battlefield 1 Recommended specs for 1080p:

OS: 64-bit Windows 10 or later
Processor (AMD): AMD FX 8350 Wraith
Processor (Intel): Intel Core i7 4790 or equivalent
Memory: 16GB RAM
Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon RX 480 4GB
Graphics card (Nvidia): Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
DirectX: 11.1 Compatible video card or equivalent
Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection
Available Disk Space: 50GB
