Long loading times

I'm experiencing long loading times in all games. I have a mid end PC with a GTX 1060 6GB and i5-4440 and my friends have similiar setups, but all of them load in games mostly at the same rate but for me it takes a lot more time mostly. I remember that it wasn't like that always but now for example it can take up to two minutes longer for me to load in games like Rainbow Six Siege than my friends without any noticeable reason. Could this be a faulty HDD or something related to my CPU. I'm using Win 10 Home x64. All my drivers are up to date. Also, when I play games that depend on loading everything on the go like open world games while going from point a to b they perform great at the beginning but the more loading takes place the more the performance is degrading. Sometimes it forces me to launch the game again and the everything works just fine. It's just as if my PC was struggling to load thing to a state when it does't keep up at all with it.
Is there anything that I could do? I already used software to check status of my HDD and the ines i used said my HDD was in good condition.

I agree with Firecheetah13, I have a pretty slow HDD, like it's super slow. Just if it all comes down to it, I would just buy another HDD, 1TB is like $40-$50. That's just if though.

There are no weird sounds coming from my HDD and yes, all of my friends are using HDDs. The only faint sounds coming from my PC are those produced by fans
