they will both work i would search amazon to get them cheaper.. would i recommend them NO not for gaming.. that box has to convert each frame from your PC from digital to analog its gonna really slow things down.. how much would it be to sell the screen you have now and get the cheapest one you can thats DVI or HDMI ? that would be better if its possible.
