Do replacement mother boards for i5-3570k exist anymore?

Kind of a noob so bare with me,

My motherboard died and I was happy with my 3570k overclocked before that. However, looking on PC part picker, almost all the MBs I see on their compatibility list are either out of stock or are like hundreds of dollars.

What kind of mother board would you guys suggest without spending an arm and a leg?

If you want value you'll have to buy used from a place like eBay.

They do exist, but you'll be paying an exorbitant price for one.
You should be able to find one for about $100, I recommend this.
You can get a new one for $109, or a used one starting at $57.

Go on eBay look for a z77 motherboard pretty much any should work. Ignore the second Reply in this post those boards in his link will NOT work for you

No worries, I'd personally say just save up and get a kaby lake CPU/mobo/RAM when it releases given that price on the motherboard I forgot to add, but its up to you.

If you're happy with your current performance it would be much easier to just get the Z77 I suppose.
