I've recently finished building my computer but it doesnt boot all .Even the fans turn on. The debug led displays the code 99 ive tried everything taking out the graphics card,placing ram in a different slot i even reset the cmos specs : msi z97 gaming 5 (mobo),msi gtx 1060 gaming x, intel i5 4690k,hyper x ddr3 8gb black,evga 600b ,case nzxt s340,seagate 1tb drive Help would be greatly appreciated..

what I've been seeing people say about this 99 error from msi forums most say it eaither something with the cpu or mother board try receding the cpu If 99 stills pops up If you can try returning it, or try taking out everything and try to turn it on whit only the memory and cpu if 99 still comes it most likely the motherboard.
