Vram type is mostly irrevelant to gpu. First and foremost is what gpu it is. not sure why that would be a requirement for anything.
i mean, would you buy a 10y old gpu for 200$, just because it would come with gddr5 ?? ;-)

I think he means what's the cheapest new card he could buy now that has DDR5 memory. That's a legitimate question since in a low budget gaming card you will need DDR5 not DDR3 memory. An Nvidia GT 730 is it I think.
