What processor are you currently using? When needing the forum's help, it's best to make it as detailed as possible. Would also help if you could tell us what cooling you are using.

sorry im aw bit new to this pc thing because i had a laptop before xD but i have a i7 4790k and the stock cpu cooler with only 2 case fans but i have ordered 2 more case fans

No problem. How long since you replaced the thermal compound on the processor? Also, you can stress test your processor with prime95, and see how high your temperatures can get.

yeah my pc under load is at 80 to 85 degrees and at idle are anywhere from 40 to 50

Were the temps always like that since you got it? You said that you got that PC as second hand. I think you really need to replace thermal compound.

I'd purchase the 212 Evo if replacing the thermal compound and increased airflow doesn't helps matters significantly.

Stock intel cpu coolers are fidgety, open up your case and take a look at the cpu cooler, there should be 4 push-pins on each corner of the cooler. Push the pins in, until you can either feel a little click, or hear it, then turn the pin to the right.
