Liquid cooling for i5-6600k & GTX 1060?

Solution
Put it this way, your CPU air cooler and GPU air cooler are working fine now, they both consume ~ 10 watt (2x2.5W+2x2.5W), to dissipate 250 watt (~100W 6600K and 150W GTX 1060) you'll need minimum low flow pump (~10 to 12 watt) + two 2.5W fan. As OCd GTX 1060 unlikely beats stock GTX 1070 AND to beat stock i7 6700K you'd probably spend half of retail i7 6700K price.

What are worth to be liquid cooled, flagship parts = i7 6950X, i7 6700K, TitanX Pascal, Radeon Pro Duo....
