Hello All ---

I am giving my current system to a friend however I will be keeping the SSD (With Windows 10) and the Hard-Drive. These will be replaced with his Hard Drive from his old system that has his version of Windows on it. My question is: If I take my SSD and HD out and put his HD in, will everything work well? What will I need to download or do? And will any problems arise with the Motherboard?

I am a pc noob so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks ---

Windows 10 have very good chance of starting on other system. Try and see but let him uninstall drivers for his old system before shutting down one last time.
I moved one disk to many systems just to try them out. It worked even with AMD ti Intel and back. You'd be surprised how resilient it is specially when connected to internet at the time of first start.
Activation on the other hand could be a problem but can try using Activation troubleshooter.
