How to know how many amps PSU have?

I believe that you need to buy a different PSU because that PSU does not put out that many 12 volt amps.

Just one of those 12v rails go to PCIe (GPU) so 12v1 has only 18A and 12v2 only 16A. You can't ad them up because they are separate rails with separate regulators. One is for MB and accessories and other one for PCIe. Your GPU needs to use same or less than 16 or 18 Amps depending which rail goes to it.
