So currently I have 2 sticks of Corsair Vengeance (4GB x 2) and I want to add more 2 Sticks and have different Size , I wanna add (8GB x 2). So the expected Total of my RAMs are 24GB.

The question is , Can I really do that without problems

FYI the RAM I wanna buy also Corsair Vengeance and run at same Speed, also Its DDR4 RAM.

The motherboard is Asrock Z170 Extreme 4

Thanks

Mixing makes/models/specs of memory can produce mixed results. It is always better to use matching memory.

You can certainly try this, but I would definitely start at the default speed (no overclocking) to see if they will get along. You can bump up speeds (XMP profiles may help) after you are sure of a stable baseline from which to start tweaking.

Good luck.

Example: I have two kits of RipjawZ 2x4GB DDR3-2400cl10, each with the same exact model number and g.skill serial code and same advertised speed and primary timings.

However each kit responds totally different and cause instability if mixed together with all four sticks running at rated speed. Further investigation in AIDA64 show that one kit is JEDEC spec DDR3-1600 dual rank. The other kit is JEDEC 1333 single rank and has worse secondary and tertiary timings, revealing that it is a weaker kit.

You can't see all that information without a program that reads all of the SPD tables like AIDA, so it's basically a crap shoot when trying to purchase matching kits.
