Can't successfully recover data off of recently (accidentally) deleted partition.

As the title says I cannot get my data back. I've tried 3 different methods and each time I try to, the data is corrupted. I have yet to successfully recover a partition because every time I try to, it says there's not enough space on the drive, even though the partition is 698 gb and there's 930 gb of unallocated space. I'm really not sure what I'm doing wrong. :(

I tried using Active@ UNDELETE to recover the files once, tried restoring the partition with MiniTool once, and tried to use Active@ UNDELETE to restore the partition (Rather than using it's recover file option). When I try to restore the partition with UNDELETE, it gives me an error saying that there's not enough unallocated space, even though the partition is 698gb, and the unallocated space is 931gb.

When I previous did file recovery, I observed that the recovery found several versions of the same file within its layers so its trying to restore ALL of the versions which add up to many times the original total files. This might be why it thinks it requires more space than the actual partition size. So, you might need several gigs of available space to complete the recovery.
As an alternative, you might try using Recuva from Piriform which I have had some success with, but the scan takes many days.
Generally, file recovery needs to be recovered onto a different Disk than the one that got deleted. This is so you don't risk overwriting the original deleted files on the disk surface.

No luck with Recuva sadly, I just go the same corrupted files. Any other ideas?

Yes I did, and not all of the files were corrupted, just the majority of them.
