Can i play cs go low 720p 100+fps with this pc?

Hi i was wondering if i should get a gt 710 for my amd a6-7400k. My fps without a discrete gpu is 30-60 fps all on low settings. will it improve if i add a gpu? or should i get an amd a8 7600 instead?

Yes, adding a discrete GPU will increase performance... but upgrading to a better CPU is best! Is it possible for your budget to upgrade to at least an AMD Athlon 860k? With an 860k you'll be able to max out CS:GO at 1080p with an average of at least 150FPS.

My current specs are:
AMD A6 7400k with r5 graphics
4gb ram
Samsung EVO 250 gb ssd

I was asking if i should add a discrete GPU or upgrade my apu.
So will adding a GT710 on my rig will improve performance? or i should just upgrade my apu to an a8-7600?
