Yeah 86c is too hot BUT Prime95 versions later than 26.6 produce unrealistic results and are not good to run on your CPU. See here, section 12 http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-1800828/intel-temperature-guide.html
I wouldn't worry if you used the latest version of Prime to bench. Nothing in real world use will produce those results

80c max, but most coolers should keep it a lot lower these days. I can barely hit 60c with an i7 6700k at 100% load (except Prime95 v28.9 which is brutal and not good for your chip), but anything up to 80c is pretty safe. I doubt you'd get that on any other benchmarks though.
