My msi z170a gaming m5 chipset heatsink seems to be a bit loose https://youtu.be/Uxo698XW-XY

So I was wondering if anyone knew if it used thermal pads or thermal adhesive? so I can stop this movement

There are 4 screws holding the top and middle of it and the bottom part is what is coming off,so there is no screws holding the bottom

the point is that it never moved before so why would it now? if there are pins and it didnt move and then bumped and all of a sudden it moves thats not right, so what is the thermal stuff they use on those heatsinks is it thermal paste or a pad because i took apart a old motherboard from my dads old computer and it looks like a pad but it isnt a pad it is sort of like paste but it isnt dried or anything like a pad/paste

trying to figure out what to use to get it stuck back on because it never and i repeat NEVER moved before so even if it i pins there it shouldnt move i have had people saing this on multiple websites if it moves that is bad
