First of all my pc:
-C2D E8500
-Asrock G41m-s3
-Avexir Standard Series 4GB 1333
-Gigabyte GTX460 Oc 768MB Newegg link
This is the third time it happened, and I can't find any solution.

After these, it would freeze. And it would go to BSOD
I got a different BSOD once, I think it was Video_tdr_failure (or error?)

Things I tested/tried
-Updated driver for GPU
-Disk cleanup
-Memtest, All fine no error
-Did a full scan with Windows Defender

Here't two of my Latest Minidump

I really appreciate any help you can provide
;)

UPDATE: I can't believe what I just did and i'm even more amazed that it works. I was browsing the webs, and then I found Linus's video about the artifact (the one where you put it in an oven, so I tried that and it works! and my 460 us running good as before
You can watch the video Here

Solution
It's dying hardware, simple as that.
Your graphics card is likely going out the door.
Time for a new rig, that PC is appallingly outdated for games nowadays, what would your budget be, no matter how small?
