I'm looking for a quiet, cheap and easy to install CPU cooler for my AMD Athlon X4 880k, and my case is the Fractal Design Core 1100, any suggestions?

Solution
You generally need a backplate, and it is much easier to install with the motherboard out, it is easy to do.
Unscrew the mounting screws in the holes in the motherboard, unplug the connectors, taking photos beforehand of where they go if you're not sure and then installing the cooler and putting it back in.

Thank you very much for your response, I was just wondering if it will be easy to install? I have heard that some coolers can be very hard/fidgety to install and I do not want to need to take out my motherboard. Thanks

Are you sure, I have seen videos of people installing coolers without taking out the motherboard. I didn't build my PC myself and I am worried that I could damage something, even if it is unlikely.

AIOs are easy to install when the motherboard is in the place because they're a slide on installation, although you need to install a backplate with that cooler, so you might want to put that on before you potato your motherboard/CPU from pressure @Slurpee12....
