Need help $1000 Budget for a gaming rig (with a 1080p monitor and windows 10 included)

Hey guys so as you've read that is my budget, i will be asking my friend to buy me the parts from the US. The merchants would be Newegg, Amazon and Bestbuy.

It would be mainly for gaming and streaming videos on youtube. I am satisfied with a 1080p resolution 60hz, i have never tried the 144hz one so i have no idea if i need it. The games that i would be playing would be Dota 2, LoL, Overwatch and games like Witcher 3, Dragon age and so on... i would like a 250 or 400gb? SSD drive also since i've read that it would boost loading times of the games.

I have almost elementary knowledge when it comes to hardware so i don't think i would be overclocking my CPU. I do however would like to play my games on Ultra or Epic settings. I have 1 month time till my friend returns to the US and buy the parts for me. So i am looking for a bang-for-buck kind of build but wouldn't need to sacrifice the aesthetic of the whole build too much. Red/Black, White/Black or any color matches would be fine as long as it goes great together. Can probably push the budget to $1100 but that would be it. I still need to get some tables, chairs keyboard and mouse for it lol. Anyway any advise would be welcome and appreciated. Thank you guys in advance and thank god for this website!

but to answer some of the things you mentions 144hz and SSD are the best upgrades to a PC for the games you mentioned. a 240gb SSD and a 1tb HDD is the best way for a budget pC

Ryzen won't overtake intel in one generation, i'd give AMD another two at least to catch up to Intel in terms of performance, although they look very strong on the rendering side of things.

things that wont change are case and power and screens so you could be sorting that stuff out now and do cpu mobo and ram after. anyway looks wise i would go for something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146189 if you look at the picture where its a complete PC i think you could get that for the money and a 144hz 24inch screen. the screen the psu the case will last over multiple PC's.

chugalug Ryzen is equal to broadwell in performace we already know that nobody claimed any different. it will just be MUCH CHEAPER broadwell so right in the $1000 PC range

Yes, an SSD is a luxury, money for an SSD is better spent on performance in this price range.
I forgot about the optical drive so i'll edit that in.

Well if this setup would allow me to play the games mentioned above at ultra or epic settings then im sold. Although i still have 1 month of preparation till the list can be finalized maybe on that day i would repost this and maybe you have some changes to this. By the way i would save up for an SSD drive what do you recommend and i have noticed that there are no case fans additional on your list, is it not necessary for case?

If you want epic/Ultra settings you'll want a 1080p 60Hz monitor and a 1070, I missed that part tbh!

Get this, also no case fans are not necessary, the included ones are fine.

Then that's the one i'm getting thank you so much Chugalug. It would be my first time building a PC hopefully when i get home building it would be easy enough. There should be instruction manuals with it right? lol. Anyway thanks again man. This really saved me almost $700. I kept building my rig on PcPP and always ends up at $1700 haha.

Btw can i swap the Zalman Z1 Neo to a s340?
