Hi all. I'm from India. Generally, in India, we use three plug sockets(for plugs with three rounded pins). I recently bought SeaSonic S12II 620 watts PSU. The power cable for the PSU has just two prongs. In the place of the top (ground) pin, there is just a hole. It sort of looks like this (http://www.crossy.co.uk/wiring/schuko-1.jpg). I'm skeptical can I just go on and plug it into my socket? Would that be safe Or do I need an adapter to plug it?

What do you mean ? Buy a different cable?

And I have another question. I have a surge protector which has three pin plug. Say if I plug this two prong PSU plug to the surge protector and plug the surge protector to the wall .Would my PSU be grounded? or it will be still ungrounded?

I'm from India. If I order anything from Newegg, it will be of US type socket so I again have to find an adapter to use. Can I simply plug it into my surge protector which has three prong plug and plug the surge protector to the wall. If I do it this way, will my PSU be grounded?
