Is it normal that my Corsair VS550 can't fully use my System, like it restarts when I play games and maximize it's graphics(ex. Watchdogs,Mafia III). And also restarts after several minute when I use furmark.

Specs:
> FX-8320E Stock Cooler
> Powercolor HD7970 PCS+ Vortex II
> 3X4GB Ram Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz
> 7X140mm Fans(4XNZXT,3XCoolerMaster)
> 2X7200rpm Seagate HDD
> 1XCD Rom
> VS550 550watts

Can someone tell me that it's normal and nothing I should be scared of.

I strongly expect the PSU is your problem but the only absolute way to be sure is to try a better one. Sorry I can't be more specific but there is no test but based on the symptoms and the known low quality if I had that PC I would buy a new higher quality PSU.

Monitor your temps. Could be an overheating issue of CPU or GPU.

If those are fine it
could be the PSU. That PSU is pretty poor quality.
Your GPU is pretty power hungry but 550W should be enough.

I suggest upgrading to a better quality PSU like a XFX TS / PRO / Core with 550W, a Seasonic S12II/M12II-620 or any other Seasonic or Super Flower unit with 550W+

My GPU is okay I think, nothing is happening when I play, no bluescreen. And my PSU is okay when I use my old R7 260X no restart when I furmark gpu stress test it, but when at HD 7970 it restart after 5mins to 10mins.

I will buy a New PSU when I got some time, maybe a week or two for me to upgrade this PSU. I will mark your answer as the solution for now.

Seasonic S12II Bronze 620W is this good enough for my PC?
