Microsoft Wired Keyboard 600 not working

So I've been using this keyboard for almost a year. Today I boot up my PC and all the keys except volume control keys stopped working. The drivers are showing Code 19 so I reinstalled them and the code was still present. I also tried booting into Safe Mode. It's not even working in Safe Mode. I can only use this keyboard in BIOS. Is this an issue with my OS? I'm using Windows 10 Home x64.

Yup, tried every single USB port, doesn't work. Also used a different keyboard, didn't work either. I think it has nothing to do with my keyboards, rather Windows itself.
