I've bought my config about a year ago.

The specs are:
CPU: Intel i5 4690K @ 3.5ghz (stock)
Mobo: ASUS Z97-A
VGA: GTX 960 4GB Gigabyte
RAM: 2x8GB Kingston Hyperx @ 1866mhz
Power Supply: EVGA 700W Bronze 80+
WC: CoolerMaster Seidon 120V
HD (SSD): Samsung 850 EVO 256GB
Keyboard: Razer blackwidow chroma (gaming keyboard, lots of LEDs)
Monitor: Phillips 24'' 144hz
Mouse: Razer Deathadder
Case: NZXT S340 with 5 120mm coolers installed (that includes the one from the WC).
(I specified everything on my specs just in case some of you might think this is underdimensioned power supply problem)

The Problem
Sadly, a couple of weeks ago I started having problems turning on my PC. Sometimes when I try to turn it on, the "VGA_LED" located on the mobo will turn red and stay that way, indicating that there is a problem with the GPU, as the manual said, and when this happens my monitor won't turn on (all of the computer fans are running, including the VGA one).

My "solution" that worked for a couple of days
A method I tried to "bypass" this problem, which worked for several days, was to keep turning the PC on and off several times, until it starts running. Once the computer starts running, there is not a problem, I can leave it for days and it still works perfectly fine, the only problem is to get it up and running.

What I've tried
1- Changing the VGA pcie slot;
2- Changing the RAMs slots, also tried to turn the PC on with only 1 module;
3- Reassemble the CPU;
4- Another monitor;
5- Removing the GPU and trying to turn the PC on with the onboards graphics;
6- Changing the GPU with an older one;
7- Talking to the mobo very calmly;
8- Reading tons of forum posts.

Final Thoughts
If someone knows anything else I could try, please let me know, I don't think I can RMA my mobo because it was bought in the USA and I live in Brazil.
