Hello everybody.Today when i started my pc,i tried to change my date since my date changes automatically to 2002 01/01 every time i shut down my computer and google wont work if the clock is not right.But anyway when i clicked change date and time settings it highlighted it i tried to restart shut down and everything but still it wont work,i saw some other discussions,so i followed the instructions and when i tried to press control panel it didnt even open or anyrhing,chrome works and some other programs in computer in the start,CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLS!!!
My programs wont open (most of them) i need SERIOUS help

You have to replace the CMOS battery to retain the date. http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000239.htm

Hey Nigel,Sorry but you didnt understand the issue.When i press change date and time setting... it dosent press it,it just highlights it.When i try to open control panel i press the control panel in the start menu,it dosent even show the loading icon it,i tried to wait but still nothing,many diff games are like this,but the weird part is that some programs work like chrome,computer in the start menu,etc...Thats the issue

The date changing spontaneously and having to be reset on every restart means that the CMOS battery on the motherboard requires replacement. Do this first.
Oh thx Nigel and ex_bubblehead,i will do that first,but then what should i do to fix the clicking issue?I forgot to mention but yesterday (the day before i got this issue)i actually accidentally installed Maoha Wifi,UC and a program called ¿ìÑ,i deleted them,but there are the update checker still,since i cant delete them without ending their process,but thats impossible since i cant open task manager.I just did a antivirus scanner,and there werent any infected objects,i also checked on /c: with cmd for any .exe or .inf and there werent any.So i dont think there is any virus.I created a guest account,and everything worked fine there (i would use that but i need permission from admin to change clock which i will try to fix,but still i want to use my administrator user

Start with the CMOS battery and ignore everything else for the moment (small steps). While the battery may not be the source of the problem it is likely a contributor. Eliminate all likely causes before jumping in with both feet.
Ex_BubbleHead hey,i just figured something,i dont think i have to replace CMOS battery,cause' everytime i turned on my pc,a bios settings menu appeared,everytime i saw that menu,i pressed F2 which started the windows,but there was writing that CMOS setting was not set,so now i fixed it?What should i do now?
