Please explain the difference between these two monitors.

I'm looking to buy a new monitor and I've come across these two monitors. I wanted to know why the one monitor costs so much less than the other. Does it not have built in speakers? Thank you.

In addition to having speakers, the more expensive one has 2 HDMI ports instead of just one like the cheaper one. Oddly the cheaper one says it has tilt adjustments while the other doesn't. I find that a bit hard to believe however. If you only need one HDMI port then the cheaper one is fine.
