PC randomly restarts while playing games

Hello this is my 1st post here. :)
I've seen many threads but no answer to my problem. As the title says it restarts after a random amount of time when playing games. Heating is at 50 degrees Celsius at max on CPU and GPU, PSU is new and here are my other specs:
CPU: Intel G3220 @ 3.00Ghz
GPU: Sapphire AMD Radeon 6870 HD
RAM: 4GB DDR3
PSU: LC6550 GP2 (Max watts 550W)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-D52
Any solution is welcome as i wish to find a proper one :)

Just because the PSU worked for a month or two means nothing. It's a very low quality unit and gaming puts the PSU under high load for long periods of time. My guess is its starting to fail.

label on power suppy reads:
+12v Maximum combined power of two +12v rails is 360 watts.

Video card system requirements 500 watts (suggestion)

The power supply looks to be low quality with much of the wattage allocated to the +5v and +3.3v rails and low wattage on the +12v rails.
