Should i join 750ti to my laptop?

The speed of the laptop is definitely going to slow down the performance of the GPU, also the laptop was running in low resolution. The other monitor might have been running in low resolution also because there was no adjustment. Also the card is capable of running 4K.

Your laptop is limiting everything by the CPU compared to a desktop or faster CPU which you haven't given as a GHz speed and number of threads. Also your display is probably limited in it's refresh rate reflecting refresh and a graphics true FPS.
