So I have been having problems that I have only noticed playing three different games, Titanfall 2, Watch Dogs 2, and Overwatch. This has only started recently, so I would find it hard to believe that is either of the 3 games' problem.

Two different things happen when my problems occur. Either the screen freezes but the audio continues in the background and the only way I have found to close this is to hard reset my computer. The other problem is the game just goes not responding and i can just force close it.

I have checked if my drivers were up to date and they are. I ran scans on my hard drives, and ssd. They passed. I kept Task Manager up next to my games when I was playing and the majority of the time my CPU % and Memory % never exceeded 50-60%. However today, while playing Watch Dogs 2, my CPU was at 99%, and I noticed that the "System" process was the majority of my usage.

I have not really been able to figure anything out as of yet. If you guys have any ideas please let me know. Thanks!!

I deal with hardware and software. My first suggestion is to download Malwarebites anti malware and run the program, if it is blocked from running you have malware of antivirus problems. Then I would run a virus program.
If this is not a solution then depending on gold contacts you possibly have removed and reset the GPU card to often and might need another motherboard. This also leaves the option to re-seat the pins on the video card. You might reseat the power connectors and hard drive connectors and cables. Check the power cable into the computer from the wall and reseat is and the end plugging into the wall, sometimes the cable doesn't want to stay inside the power supply receptacle, if this is the case get a new cord (better or...

Possibly re-install the GPU driver.

I have Malwarebytes , and it runs on a bi-daily schedule, so I'm sure that isnt the problem, but I can look into doing some of the other things you have suggested.
