I have this PC that wont turn on.
When I press the power button, fan start working and after 2-3 seconds stop, and pc don't turn on.
No video signal to the monitor, nothing happen, it just shut down.
I recorded a small video to show you exactly what the problem is,
(volume up to ear the sounds, it's a bit low, sorry):

The pc is
MB: msi h97 gaming 3
CPU: i5 4690
GPU: GTX 970 MSi
RAM: 8 gb ballistix
PSU: Tacens 700w
Days ago, pc was perfectly working. Today with no reason, this happened.
