Frankly for the features lost, I have a hard time justifying not getting 6600k / Z170. If budget is severely constrained, I'd recommend H170. The extremely low budget H110 series not only lowers chipset features but all accessory "on board" componnets also take a big hit.
Usually only 2 RAM slots which top out at 2133
No CF / SLI options
4 SATA connectors
Substandard Audio solution (ALC 887)
The 6600k is $15 more than a 6600
The Z170 is just $10-$15 more than an H170 for comparably featured boards. And you can often find ComBo CPU / MoBo deals that are cheaper than non K CPUs and MoBos bought separately.
The Asus H110M-D is listed at $182 on Amazon US... my guess is it doesn't have wide distribution just yet here in US. The Giga and AsRock seem to run $50 - $60
This Z170 model is just $99 and comes with ALC 1150 audio, overclocking ability , SLI / CF support,

... I just can't recommend a H100 board
