So I just built a new PC and everything is working fine. I was told i wouldnt be able to use the ssd from my previous computer because it would have the old mobo's drivers on it and that might mess something up, so i went ahead and bought a new one. Although i was wondering if it would be possible (since i have all the new mobo drivers installed on my new ssd) to put my old ssd into my computer and run it as the boot drive. 2 things, would this be even possible, and if it is possible would it like make my new pc look exactly like the old one??? I also have a hdd of which a put a lot of applications and programs from the old pc on. If someone could help with this, that would be great. Thanks!

Probably not.
It might work, it...

Probably not.
It might work, it might not. It might work, sort of.

With a hardware change like this (a new PC), a clean install of the OS is strongly recommended, if not required.
