I recently purchased a AMD FX-8320 Vishera Black edition CPU. so the reason i bought the new cpu is because my previous 6300 died.
So the warning signs were there before the cpu died, my pc randomly shuts down while in-game ( the power light then flashes and i have to switch the power supply off and on before i can switch the pc on again.
I bought this new cpu, it was all god for a week and now i am sitting with the same problem.
Im using the following hardware:
1. AMD FX-8320 Vishera black edition processor with recommended stock cpu cooler
2. MSI 970A-G46 Mother board.
3. Thermaltake lightpower 650W psu
4. Gigabyte HD 7000 256bit gpu.
I dont overclock i only run in standard mode coz im not a computer genius. so my question is can someone please help me identify the issue as i do not want to replace another cpu.
Currently the cpu runs at 48 - 50 degrees in idle mode.
