Specs:

i7 6700k cooled by a Corsair H100i v2

Z170 deluxe

Titan X Pascal

Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2B2800C14 (x2)

Samsung 850 EVO 1 TB (x2)

how do you calculate 803W???

6700k is a 91W cpu, let's say you OC and it draws 150W
adding the Titan XP with generous 300W
30W for the RAM
30W for the AIO
2x3W for the SSD
adding generous 70W for the board
----
586W theoretical load (will typically be less)

a 650W PSU should do.
with the Titan XP I suggest you get a custom cooler to make use of it's potential.

Every test has a titan Xp at 430 watts some people don't know the difference between power consumption and TDP because they are both measured in watts. tDP is the heat given off not the power consumption. I added all the things you need like gaming keyboards that are illuminated and gaming mouse.. 4 case fans.. there are 2 on the cooler... it all adds up.

this is the system power draw for the WHOLE SYSTEM.
as it is specified in both the chart and the text.
they say in the conclusion, and I quote: "Power consumption is course high compared to the rest of the Pascal family, but the fact that we're running an overclocked, eight-core system with a GPU pumping out frame rates that often average to over 60fps at 4K, a full system power consumption of less than 450W is pretty admirable – there are a number of SFX PSUs that can handle this with ease. Somewhat embarrassingly for AMD, the Titan X actually consumes less than the R9 Fury X all while being so much faster."

with a 8 Pin + 6 Pin connector it can't really draw any more than 300W.

here they tested it guru3d test
