My mouse can barely quick (I TRIED WITH 2 DIFFERENT MICE)

I can barely press anything and every time i try to scroll it shows the clicking scroll with 4 arrows. I tried with 2 mice, A wireless generic Logitech mouse and my Razor Death adder and they both had the same outcome. Any fixes?

You would first want to see if your USB/chipset drivers are up to date while the motherboard BIOS is also up to date. Can you please list your full system's specs inclusive of all the peripherals you've tried in testing the validity of the issue?

in the control panel under mouse see click speed and others settings for it if there to low you could have issue .

here. My computer is freezing and i can move my mouse around but my PC basically freezes and i can only use my keyboard. I used 3 mice technically. My mouse pad, the Logitech mouse, and my Razor death adder.

you could try the cmos but if psu have issue it wont solve your mouse one .
