My PC gets extremely loud while gaming, just started recently

When ever i run a fairly demanding game, H1Z1, arma etc, it gets very loud and stays loud even after i close them for like 10 minutes. Im worried im gonna damage my PC!

noise means hot, means either dust or hardware issue.

get a can of compressed air or use a shop compressor (no vacuum, they produce lots of static),
and clean the inside and all heatsinks/fans/filters. if possible remove fans.

I don't think its to hot, my CPU runs at 40 C and gpu 45 C. I think it may be a fan rubbing something. Or it is sitting uneven on carpet.
