Is the DEEPCOOL CPU cooler enough for overclocking?

Hey Guys! As most of you might know, I am not the best with choosing CPU coolers for myself so I wanted to know if this cooler is enough for an i7-2600k @ 4.0GHz? Thanks in advance!

Since it will turbo to 3.8 on it's own , you should be able to hot 4.0 with the Deepcool , but the Cryorig H7 would be a better choice.

So, 4GHz should be fine. Some people said they were running an i7 4790k at full load with temps in the low 70s (C).
