I am having multiple problems with my custom built computer. I've had it for over a year with no problems until now.

I was playing a heavily modded skyrim yesterday and both my monitors all of the sudden stopped receiving a signal. I see that this seems to be a common problem with faulty graphics cards but that isn't the only thing that's wrong.

I have been having random issues pop up for a few months now. Most of them seemed to be just faulty startups that got fixed when I restarted. However, one has happened multiple times and happens very often. My mouse will be immobile on startup but I'm still able to click with all of it's buttons. Sometimes there is no cursor on the screen but still all of the buttons work. It often took restarting my computer multiple times to get it to work. I reinstalled the drivers and still have the issue.

And just today my usb wireless internet receiver seems to have stopped working? I mean. I have enough of a connection to write this but I'm getting 0.3 kbs download speed when I was at 30 mbs yesterday. My phone and my other computer still get ~30 mbs. I can't even download a new driver for my graphics card to see if that fixes problem number 1 because it keeps getting disconnected from the download.

System Information
OS: Windows 10
Motherboard: MSI MS-7846
Processor: Intel i5-4460 3.2ghz
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 980 Ti
16gb ram

So far I'm think either my motherboard is going bad or its my graphics card and the other problems are coincidental?

have you checked for virus and mal ware ? also do you keep the PC clean ? heat might be a problem

clean it out with some can air , check for virus , might be good to unplug everything and plug it back in , run a memtest on your ram, check your temps on the CPU and GPU , make sure all drivers are up to date might need a bios update

Yeah I ran my virus scanner and malware bytes. I cleaned out my pc last night (It was pretty dusty... my bad). I'll probably try unplugging everything tomorrow as it's pretty late right now. I forgot to mention that I'm using MSI afterburner which I think I can only use to check GPU temps? But my GPU has stayed at 30 - 35 C and up to 90 C while gaming. other than that it hasn't gotten any higher that I know of. I'm of course never looking at it before everything goes black. When I automatically check for updates on everything windows 10 doesn't find anything but I know there is a new driver for my graphics card which I FINALLY somehow was able to download with my internet connection. If none of those work I'll look into how to update my bios.

EDIT: Apparently it didn't actually download the driver. It only partially downloaded but said it was complete.

90C is a bit hot I think for that cpu the max TJmax is like 100C before it shuts down 70C to 75C will be a good temp to prolong the long of it......

I would take it all apart ( clean the dust out of everything )
put it back together and try it out. I would also reply the CPU thermal paste on the cpu

check your monitors cable

try to only run what you need on startup programs ( like drivers for the GPU , network card , sound card drivers )

update the bios ( sometimes there is fixes for things )

if that don't work try a clean install for the OS ( they do get buggy over time ) if a lot of programs, games, driver , ect have been in and out of it.

The 90 C is for my GPU not my CPU which I hear is fine but I could be wrong. Apparently my internet issue isn't with just my pc? All of my devices are running slow now so my isp's tech support is coming tomorrow.
