A little context here..

I decided to clean my fan and cpu fan after 1 year... i looked at some youtube videos on how to and this guy remove the heatsink from the cpu fan and cleaned it out.. which i also did but i messed up putting it back to the right position.. forced it down and made a few scratches to the sides of the pins.
I managed to place back to the right position.. and went on putting it back to the cpu...

Plugged everything back.. and here comes the first problem.

- fan, gpu, would turn on... but cpu wont..

Tried a fix to remove a ram stick.. then turn pc on.. and it works..
- fan turns on, then gpu, then the cpu..
Now The problem here is.. the pc shut down after a few second.. my keyboard and mouse wont light up aswell..

I've tried to remove all compenents, ram, gpu.. but it still shuts down after a few second...

Any other fix i can try?

It sounds like your motherboard is stalling when it encounters an error to protect your hardware. Please carefully recheck that everything is connected correctly. A CPU fan error often shuts down the computer, as could high CPU temps.

Based on your description, it is extremely likely that you reseated the CPU heatsink incorrectly. If that is the case, and it is not making correct contact the the CPU, it's possible that is is overheating.

I also don't understand what you mean by "made a few scratches to the sides of the pins". Do you mean pins on the CPU, fan, heatsink, or another component? What CPU and motherboard do you have?

Also what i meant was.. while trying to forced down the cpu heat sink.. it created scratches while making friction with the cpu fan pins/ the plastic that holds down the cpu fan in placed

Okay, that doesn't sound like serious damage.

Without the RAM, it shouldn't do anything other than spin the fans--the same as without a CPU.

You can try breadboarding it. I'm still pretty sure that something is connected improperly.

Disconnect everything. You only need:
PSU: connected to CPU & motherboard
CPU: with heatsink attached
RAM inserted

It should go as far as making a few beeps like that. So no USB/Front Panel headers, no mouse/keyboard, no graphics, no drives/SATA.

If it makes some good sounding beeps, then connect a monitor to the motherboard.

so what i did was, apply a new thermal paste to my cpu..

- boot up pc with everything connected ( gpu, ram, etc)
- pc turns off after a few second like my problem..
- i removed my gpu, then use a old monitor and connected it to my mobo
- turn on pc..
- everything works normal again!
- put gpu back
- and everything works fine now!
