Hello,

I am looking a new graphic card for my computer and I need some help with this...
Currently I have the following hardware specifications:

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600 3.3GHZ
RAM: Kingston hyperX fury 16GB
Graphic card: Sapphire R9 280x vapor tri (x2 vía crossfire)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170

I want to ask you:
Will "Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 Xtreme Gaming 8GD GV-N1070XTREME-8GD" a good upgrade? I mean, Will I see the hardware change? Or is it a lost of time/money?

Thanks in advance.

A single GTX 1070 will be a nice upgrade regardless. a single GTX 1070 should out perform 2 r9 280X in CF and in games that don't support crossfire your performance increase will be even larger in comparison to 2 280Xs. Rule of thumb always buy a the best single GPU you can afford. Only if the best single GPU on the market is not enough performance wise should you get a second card (ie get a gtx 1080 over 2 gtx 1070s but two gtx 1080s ok for SLI if it is in your budget).
