My motherboard Asrock G41M-S3 installed with Intel Pentium E5700 3 Ghz 800FSB and 8GB Samsung 1333Mhz 2x4Gb Ram is underclocking my ram from 1333Mhz to 800Mhz.
-The FSB pins are set to DEFAULT.

The board states that it supports 1333Mhz rams, is it the cpu holding back my ram since it is only 800Mhz cpu? Which come to my mind, do I need to buy a 1333Mhz Cpu? Im not a tech/computer genius so please help me.

Also another problem is sometimes the other ramstick is not showing up so I had to remove the other stick and only use 1 which is a big problem for me too.

PC Specs(If needed)
- Asrock G41M-S3 Mobo LGA775
- Intel Pentium E5700 3Ghz 800Mhz
- Samsung 8Gb 1333Mhz 2x4Gb RAM
- 500Gb WD
- Galax GeForce GT710 2Gb DDR3
- 500Watts Power Suply

frequently ram is listed at it default speed not the DDR speed. Ie DDR3 1600 is listed as 800mhz. So you may be getting the right speed after all. what program are you using to check your ram speed? if speccy then 800mhz is the correct speed for ddr3 1600.

Btw Im using 2 4gb Ddr3 1333(OC)(kinda forgot to add the OC)
Im using the trusty mobo bios to check that kind of stuffs
So I guess its okay? I dont understand this kind of things clearly so DDR 800 = DDR3 1600? My ram is 1333OC so i guess thats that?

Okay so, I did a CPU-Z test and apparently from what I saw on other threads having 800MHz in the results means its 1600MHz which is in my results.
That case is solved but,

This other problem sometimes my other ram stick or maybe the other ram slot doesnt work. Plugging the 2 ram sticks is working fine but sometimes it really doesnt work. I had to remove the other stick because its not booting up not even going to bios, just a continuous system turn on(for 1-3s) and off(after that) with the cpu and gpu fan spinning
