Since I first built my pc it has had this issue of blue screens and forcing to restart randomly, sometimes on start-up or in the middle of using my computer. Some stop codes are the IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, memory management code and a few others. I've tried everything I can from repairing windows from an ISO but got error codes, hard disc checker (failed to work), sfc which also failed to work and I tried a bunch of steps to make that work and those steps failed. I got the results of why sfc didnt work and this is what I get which I have no idea what it means,

I gave up because I have no idea what is wrong or how to fix it. I used dariks boot and nuke and tried to reinstall windows and got the same result. Hardware could be the issue but I wouldn't think so.
This is what I have.
Mobo- MSI Gaming Z170A GAMING M5 LGA 1151 Intel
CPU- Intel Core i5-6600K 6M Skylake Quad-Core 3.5 GHz LGA 1151
GPU- MSI GeForce GTX 1070 DirectX 12
RAM- Team Elite Plus 8GB 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM
Power- Thermaltake Smart Series 600W
SSD- Crucial MX300 2.5" 525GB SATA III 3-D Vertical Internal Solid State Drive

Please internet, any and all advice or tips are appreciated because this is driving me insane.

Solution
the problems listed in by the system file checker are not a big deal.
you need to put your memory dump files from c:\windows\minidump directory on a server like Microsoft onedrive, mark them as public and post a link so they can be viewed with a windows debugger.

you could also try and run whocrashed.exe or bluescreenview.exe and see if it identifies the problem.

for a new PC, I would start by going to the motherboard vendors website and update the BIOS and all of the motherboard drivers and see if you still have a problem. (don't use the motherboard drivers you have on CD unless you really have to)
