Computer wont boot after shutdown for a few days

I turn my pc off and went for a trip of 5 days and when i'm back home turning my pc on, the fans are running, lights all good but monitor says no signal and my mouse and keyboard has no power .

All I meant was that if the monitor's video cable and the cables for the mouse and keyboard were not connected to your computer, that could cause those symptoms.

Ahh... Where do i find a spare 750w psu.... I don't have any, kittyfish. And maybe it's the mobo? Because i have Asus z170 pro gaming and it has some error led that would show u what's wrong. Now the only led that is lit is dram. I tried switch the ram
slot and still same. Then i removed the rams and listen if there any beeping sound. For the psu part, the psu led and fan are running fine. And my graphic card fans normally wouldn't run on boot or idle. The fans will only run under load but now even the graphic card fans are running.
