Solution
The VGA you are using is on your motherboard and is using the integraded Intel HD 530 graphics embedded in your i7-6700K and not your Nvidia GTX 1060.

In order to use your VGA monitor with your GTX 1060, you will need to buy a DVI to VGA Active converter - https://www.amazon.com/DVI-D-Active-Adapter-Converter-Monitor/dp/B01KOF4ER0/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1483393399&sr=8-2&keywords=dvi-d+to+vga+active+converter

Be careful not to buy the cheapest little adapter you find, because I've seen some adapter that aren't active converters and they will not work. The one I linked to should work.

Hi MrN1ce9uy
When i play gta5 lag is like slow i cant really explain it but my cpu goes high and the games gets stuck thats the best way i can explain it.Also now i am playing on default settings but i want to play on high or maybe ultra and my resolution is 1680 with 1050.

I suspect you may be using the integrated graphics, because it is the only one with a VGA connection.

If you have a GTX 1060, there will be a DVI-D connection, as well as HDMI and Display Ports all on the same card. GeForce 10 series cards no longer output in VGA (analog), so you would have to use an active DVI-D to VGA (digital to analog) converter if your monitor only supports VGA.

No that will not work. That adapter is for an Apple computer. Do you have an Apple computer?

Just a regular DVI (not mini) to VGA active converter will work. Or HDMI to VGA active converter.

DVI to VGA - https://www.amazon.com/DVI-D-Active-Adapter-Converter-Monitor/dp/B01KOF4ER0/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1483393399&sr=8-2&keywords=dvi-d+to+vga+active+converter

HDMI to VGA - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00879DM56?gclid=CJq51eu-pNECFdgPgQodpsUE1g
